Why I started Prism Insight
Built to bridge a gap
most investors don't see.
Over the years, through my work as a buyer's agent since 2020 and later as co-founder of InvestorPro, I developed a research-driven acquisition process built around strategy, suburb analysis, due diligence, negotiation, and end-to-end support. That work, across more than 15,000 suburbs in Australia, revealed a consistent pattern: many investors were being limited by geography, fragmented advice, and transaction-focused services. While there was no shortage of people selling property, there were very few professionals helping investors step back, understand the bigger picture, and evaluate opportunities across multiple markets.
As a property investor myself, I recognised that successful investing is not about chasing the next property — it is about having the right strategy, the right information, and access to the right opportunities.
Rather than focusing on a single country or transaction, Prism Insight helps investors step beyond their home market, compare opportunities across multiple countries, and make informed decisions that align with their personal objectives and long-term aspirations.
